Jay will be speaking in a panel at IC3 – New York City on October 21, 2019 at 11:15 am. The panel is titled, “The National Land Grab: Planting Flags vs Planting Seeds” and will focus on a look at trends in M&A activity in North America.  Where are companies focusing their attention, which markets are getting the highest valuations for licenses and what mistakes need to be avoided when trying to grow a business in the current environment?

Cannabis Investor Forum - London, UK

Jay spoke at the Cannabis Investor Forum hosted by UK Investor Magazine in London on October 24. His panel, “The future of operating cannabis businesses” included Oliver Zugel of FoliuMed, Jeff Perkins of Storyful, Markus Hoffman of Jacana, and Daniel Fryer of MPX International.

The event was held at Chiswell Street Brewery in the heart of London’s financial district. Key topics for this investor forum included the politics of cannabis, UK & European regulations, the investment environment, and cannabis entrepreneurship.
